About this site

mattamyhomesgeorgetown.ca is an information and registration site for Arbourview, a community by Mattamy Homes in Georgetown, Ontario.

What we collect

When you submit the registration form we collect the information you enter: your first and last name, email address, mobile number, and your answers about home type interest, purchase timeline and whether you are working with a realtor.

We also record how you arrived: the page you registered from, the page you first landed on, search keyword and campaign parameters where present, and an advertising click identifier where present.

How we use it

Your information is used to send you Arbourview updates, such as the price list, floor plans, release date and any incentive offered, and to respond to you if you reply. It is stored in our customer relationship management system.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information or share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses first-party browser storage to remember how you arrived, so that a registration can be attributed to the right source for up to 90 days. It may also load advertising measurement tags to record that a registration occurred.

Opting out

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. You can ask us to delete your record by replying to any message from us.
