In Georgetown, in the Town of Halton Hills, part of Halton Region and the GTA, on the Vision Georgetown lands. It is about 15 minutes from Milton, 20 from Brampton and 25 from Mississauga by car, outside rush hour. Street addresses have not been released yet.
What home types are available?
WideLot townhomes and detached homes. Plans and sizes have not been released yet.
How much will homes at Arbourview cost?
Pricing has not been released yet. Register and the full price list comes to your inbox the day it is.
How is the commute?
Georgetown GO on the Kitchener line is about 8 minutes away by car, and the 6:23 a.m. express reaches Union Station at 7:17 a.m. Highways 7, 401 and 407 are all close by.
What about schools and healthcare?
Georgetown is served by the Halton District School Board and the Halton Catholic District School Board. Georgetown Hospital, with an emergency department, is about 8 minutes away. School catchments for a new community are not yet assigned.
